| About the Company |
 |
A palazzo in Venice? A villa in Tuscany? A penthouse in Rome? Gioia Zwack at Dolphin International Properties LLC can offer you the luxury homes of your dreams for rental or sale and, with over twenty years experience, an insider's view of Italy and its most sought after holiday destinations.
Dolphin International Properties (DIP) was founded by Gioia Zwack in 2001. We are able to offer outstanding residences not available through other companies in Italy and increasingly in other European countries. Gioia has had a family base in Italy since childhood and as a result enjoys long-standing personal relationships with many of the property owners.
Every home has its own special uniqueness: breath-taking setting, remarkable historical and architectural features, rustic simplicity near to a magical hill town or a rare and exclusive beach property.
In New York City we are affiliated with Stribling and Associates, Manhattan's leading residential real estate company, where Gioia has worked for 20 years and is a Senior Associate Broker.
Dolphins are highly intelligent, dynamic, elegant, playful creatures with a sense of humor who can travel long distances and are curious and sociable. "DIP" into our world and choose some of the best private residences Italy has to offer.

| About Gioia Zwack |
 |
On her father's side, Gioia Zwack is a member of a famous Hungarian family, makers of the national drink of Hungary and on her other side she is a member of a maverick American family - who stretched her horizons to include exploring most of the Asian outback, the Comores and the east coast of Siberia.
Gioia grew up between New York City, Austria and Italy - a regular commuter between her two worlds. Gioia's European family has had a home in Bolgheri on the Tuscan coast of Italy since her childhood. As a result Gioia knows personally and well many of the owners renting and selling their homes in Italy. Since 1983 she has worked for Stribling and Associates, a leading residential real estate company in Manhattan where she is a Senior Associate Broker and where she has affiliated her company, Dolphin International Properties.
In the 1990s she spent several years working for the World Monuments Fund in Europe and is largely responsible for the recuperation of several important sites including the Belvedere Gardens in Vienna. She has also collaborated on several occasions with Francesca von Habsburg and her ARCH foundation, also focused on preserving international cultural sites.
Gioia very much enjoys sharing her knowledge of the areas she knows and loves best and she is fluent in Italian and German.
