This beautiful stone-built farmhouse is located in the centre of the Chianti style. A particular feature
of the house is a very large swimming pool (18m x 8) situated 100 meters away from the house. It is very convenient for reaching the highway connecting Florence to Siena,
and therefore is an ideal base for exploring not only Chianti, but also Tuscany in general.
The house has been lived in on a year-round basis until recently by its Swiss owner, who is now renting it
for the summer. The owner has furnished it in an elegant on request for bigger groups. Next to the
pool is a building with a small kitchen and a bathroom. In the same building there is also an extra bedroom
with bathroom available area. It is a very comfortable accommodation but not at same high standard as the main house.
